Ed's Case

Ed was still on probation for his first OUI when arrested for his second offense as well as other charges. Jail was a real possibility.  I made sure to preserve the roadside video which showed him driving completely in his lane and perfectly normally. This completely contradicted the officer's claim of reckless driving and destroyed all her credibllity. He was acquitted of all four charges.

Ms. K 978-467-5593

Ms. K was arrested for OUI with her young son in the car. OUI-Child Endangerment carries a mandatory jail sentence and she was terrified. We had no choice but to have a full jury trial when the district attorney's office refused to reduce the charge despite her unblemished record. Their mistake.

JOSEPH 508-365-7475

At Joseph's trial, the officer testified he smelled of alcohol, had glassy eyes, showed unsteadiness on his feet and failed the field tests. At trial, I called his passenger. She testified she felt completely comfortable with his driving and riding in the car with him. Jury acquitted him of all criminal charges avoiding a potential five-year license loss.

NOT GUILTY ALL THREE CHARGES

RICHARD 401-486-6711

My client was facing multiple charges including an open container of alcohol. On the day of trial, I submitted a pretrial motion to exclude any testimony about the container because the police had not preserved it or brought it to court and the judge allowed my motion. As a result, the DA was unable to prove two other charges beyond all reasonable doubt. After the acquittals, the judge restored his right to drive in Massachusetts as well.
