Do I Really Need a Lawyer?

There are times in life when you need a doctor, and times in life when need a lawyer. When charged with drunken driving, that's one of those times.

I have never seen anyone go into a courtroom without a lawyer, try an OUI case to a judge or jury, and win.

The law is too complicated, the stakes are too high.

The other side will have a lawyer, an experienced lawyer, a district attorney who's tried many, many OUI cases.
